SERVICE POLICY
A 10% Tax & Service Fee is mandatory. This includes tax, credit card processing fees, and insurance.
20% Gratuity added. We do not accept cash as payment. Any cash given to the driver is considered as extra tip.

Airport Pick-up :
The assigned driver will call or text when landed. We will meet with luggage at the curbside of the baggage claim level when ready unless a Meet and Greet is requested. Any changes to a flight number must be notified immediately to avoid overtime wait charges.
No Show will be charged 100% of the total fare.
Airport Meet and Greet Service - A $30, parking fee will be added to the final bill.
Extra Stop - $30 per stop within the same city limit, 15 minutes per stop location.
Late/Early pick up between 9pm - 6 am additional $30
Overtime wait applies after 15 minutes for Transfers and FBO pick ups. $15 - 15 minutes. Grace period - 45 minutes for domestic arrivals, 60 minutes for international arrivals. Waiting time for airports begins upon landing. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for airport delays and cancellation. Modification to pick up time can be done 2 hour prior to scheduled time.
Hourly As Directed:
Additional hour charge will be added to hourly charter when exceeded booked time. Service has to be CONSECUTIVE duration, includes 300 mile per day, additional mile - Sedan $2 per mile, SUV and Larger Vehicles $3 per mile.
24 hour cancellation notice required for Sedan and SUV for full refund, Any reservation within 24 hour is FINAL. We are not responsible for late, cancelled or diverted flights.
72 hour notice required for Executive Sprinter, due to high demand any booking for Stretch Limousine and Limo Sprinter is final when booked.
Up to 3 passengers for Sedan , up to 6 passengers for SUV unless requested 7 passenger SUV.
Six (4) hours minimum required for the Hourly Services of Sedan and SUV Three (3) hours minimum only in San Francisco area.
Six (6) hours are minimum for stretch, sprinter van and coach bus. Travel Time surcharge may apply.
Black Gem Limo LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter or before arranged date. We will attempt to resolve the situation in a timely manner. If a resolution can not be made, the charter will be terminated at the time in which the breakdown occurred or reservation will be cancelled before pick up date and we will notify you. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A minimum of $300 will be assessed for trash, unsanitary debris, regurgitation or spill left in the vehicle by the booking contact and his/her party. An invoice will be provided for necessary repair.
Law prohibits alcohol consumption in all Sedans & SUVs. Drug use is prohibited in any vehicle. Law prohibits minors (under 21 years of age) to possess or consume alcohol or drugs in any of our vehicles. If a passenger is found to possess said above, the run will be terminated and law enforcement officials will be contacted immediately. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicle. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Black Gem Limo LLC may use trusted affiliates for your service. Black Gem Limo LLC has full right to refuse or cancel service to anyone. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Our outline short notice:
